I don't know how to buy books ... But DO NOT BUY HIGH TECH PRODUCTS THERE !!! They do not have after sales service on site! I bought a spare phone a few days ago (Logicom the spark at 80 €), the equipment is defective, the gps does not work (nice when you notice it just before a trip👎) connection sharing internet via wifi or bluetooth does not work, and other bugs that I do not want to discover, etc ... (Big problem) 😥😓 I contacted the manufacturer's site by email, with a view to a possible update day when manipulation to be carried out to solve the problem.The manufacturer replied that the product is broken and that I must turn to the sav of my dealer. So I went to the Leclerc cultural center in Lillenium, where I was told: that the blister pack is open and that they will therefore not be able to reimburse me! (?) (It's a blistered phone ... Obviously I couldn't see the failure without opening the blister pack and turning on the phone then testing these "features .." 😰) ... The answer is therefore: That they do not yet have an after-sales service on site (and do not have a specific opening date) and that I must travel to Seclin (= 1 hour by public transport there and back) to possibly get a refund for this defective phone ... Because this is apparently impossible until further notice in "this cultural space" ... After giving 3 hours today to return to Lillenium and have me repackaged, I will also have to give an extra half day to go to Seclin and try to get it right. I was also obliged to buy another mobile phone since, since this one is almost useless because half of the functions do not work !!!! Fortunately their sav is not in Paris! Fortunately, this is not a 1000 € phone !!! Shameful, AS IF THE CUSTOMER DOESN'T HAVE TO RUN AFTER A JUSTIFIED REFUND DURING THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS!
