It was the first time this friday that I took my car here. Normally I go to the central station in Lille. It was definitifly a good choice! Nice small Office, really friendly and efficient working staff! Perfect!!!

I decide to move. I therefore want to trust Europcar for my move. I book with one click on the website 70 € for 100km. It's fun, great. I arrive at the agency to collect the vehicle, we were on Friday evening, it was agreed on the site to bring it back on Saturday morning (a large truck in Lille center is complicated to park) BUT the reception agent informs us that we will have to return the vehicle early Monday morning since the agency is closed on Saturday. (yet not indicated on the site ...) But, as the agent is super involved in his job and he loves his business, he tells me that it is possible to drop the truck in front of the agency on Friday evening and that the keys will be handed over on Monday morning. I am convinced by his words. But inevitably, there are sometimes degradations (Tags) which arrive in front of the agency ... so this nice gentleman advises to take the insurance at 49 euros (Even if you have the first card, the principle is to pump yourself up to 'at the end) but it works, he still had to make an insurance to be commissioned ahaha .. The move goes well with the truck, we bring it back to an adjacent street. Monday morning 8am I arrive, and I come across an advisor who refuses to go get the truck (he had perhaps got up with his left foot) and that it was not agreed like that! Monsieur takes back the keys and will make the inventory later in the day. He was too kind LOL that's crazy, customer empathy 0. I receive an invoice today, with a supplement of 49 €. Agency not reachable, customer service which has no answer to provide. Total rental 170 €. We say thank you who?
