Deplorable service ... Vehicle rented from the Lille Center agency "to be quiet", they send me to the Lille Sud agency ... Ok.
Contract that runs until 6 p.m., I finished parking in front of their house at 6:01 p.m. and everything was already closed (so the staff left the agency in advance ... Ok, I had a few seconds of delay!). I was told this day by phone that the vehicle should have been returned at 5.30 p.m. maximum (so why make contracts until 6 p.m.? Should I contact the DGCCRF?) ... Photos of the vehicle taken, copy of fuel receipt done, etc. We will see if France Cars tries to apply a surcharge, finds more faults ... Oh and of course, I tried to call all the France Cars numbers in Lille, nobody picked up ... your contracts until 5.30 p.m., it will be safer! I strongly advise against France Cars Lille!

I allow myself to come to you concerning the contract 9172465 departure of the vehicle on 02/11/20 09h00 return on 03/11/20 18.00.
First of all when I make contact with the agency to reserve a vehicle I am told by phone that no vehicle is available I indicate the possibility of making the reservation online I am answered: " if you can do it online bah do it online "either thing I do.
On D-day we collect the vehicle with my partner for a journey from Lille to Brussels Lille departure 10 am for an arrival at 11.30 then return to Lille for 1.30 pm so that my partner can take her train to Paris at 2.15 pm, but unfortunately we had a puncture on the outward journey and to my surprise at the time of changing the punctured tire I noticed that the spare tire was in turn punctured.
We call the departure agency which tells us that we have to bring the vehicle back but I explain the situation and the fact that the vehicle is immobilized! We are referred to assistance who must contact Belgian colleagues since we have already crossed the border.
Intervention of a convenience store we arrive at our initial destination with 2 hours late or 13.30
The time to load the vehicle, we take the road again at 2:00 p.m. and arrive in Lille at 3:30 p.m. of course my partner has lost her train ticket and had to take a new ticket at the last minute at a high price.
My surprise was even greater when when the vehicle returned, I was told that my deposit will not be returned to me following the puncture and that we must wait for assistance to return in order to be able to quantify the cost of the repair.
I take my trouble patiently and today I received a call from the Lille Sud agency telling me that the repair costs amount to € 127 for a simple puncture repaired by a simple wick (I myself have worked in a service station and repaired a puncture and it never reached that price)
I cannot understand to date the behavior of your employees who at no time have bothered to apologize and acknowledge their wrongs when the loss of time which generates a financial loss since we lose a ticket train that had to be replaced but also when the lack of professionalism to give a vehicle to the customer without even checking the condition of the latter.
I am certainly not one of your biggest customer but since the creation of our company we have always been loyal to France Cars during each of our car rental needs, that's why today I am calling to your kindness when the study of my case and my request for a commercial gesture.
