Convenient location within the railway station, and quite easy to find the location of the actual cars in the adjacent parking garage, but very poor directions provided for the return of cars.

Very bad experience. On vacation in the region alone with my 2 children (5 and 2 years old) I had planned my stay very precisely to avoid any stress and any expectations for the little ones. I had reserved a car for 9:30 am and I had done all the procedures by internet (registration of the permit etc) to have only recovered the keys on D-day. I arrived 15 minutes early, the person at the hotel. 'reception (young blond woman by the name of "Lissandre" I think) tells me that it does not matter, that the car is ready. I make sure with her that the two child seats are in the car: with two children, a stroller and a suitcase, it would have been impossible for me to go down to the parking lot with the two seats in my arms. Again, I am told that everything is ready since the day before. I go down to the car park: no child seat in the car ... To avoid crossing the whole car park and going back to the agency with the 2 children, I call by phone. "Ah ... my colleague didn't have to do his job, I'm sending you someone." An employee arrives who takes a seat for the smallest from his truck, but he tells me that I will have to wait until we bring the other from Lille Europe, the other station, and that it will take a quarter of an hour . The kids are getting impatient in this dark parking lot, and so am I. I call the agency back to ask for a complaint. And there, this famous "Lissandre" said to me: "Anyway you were ahead, it's normal that the seats are not yet there." I point out to her that not only did she tell me that everything was supposed to be ready the night before, and that, after this wait, I was no longer at all ahead, quite the contrary! They hung up on me. I wait, I wait, I wait. Children are at the end of their lives. Me too. I cross the whole parking lot with them and go back up to the agency to hear me say that the seat is waiting for me in the parking lot. I have received no apologies from "Lissandre" or anyone. I was told to file a claim online, but it's not the first time I've done it for car rental, and each time it's the same thing, it doesn't work out. In short, avoid this agency, they are expensive, incompetent and rude.
