Hello, Here I explain my case. I had an accident on my qashqai vehicle, by rear impact to be redone for the start. First appointment to change the rear shock. From there the problems begin. The vehicle's exhaust pipe is rubbing on the ground when I take donkeys with a hit on the pipe. I call the garage to ask them for an explanation because I am not a professional nor do I have a bridge at home. The next morning of course at 8:30 am a second meeting. This time to show that the exhaust pipe fell to the ground and that it must have suffered a shock, things they did not see, which seems unlikely to me, ok the error is human I understand it , the boss understands perfectly and does what is necessary. Third appointment to change the rear detection sensors (long wait for the reception of sensors from Nissan). From that moment on in the region where I live it rains a lot. time passes and little by little a smell of humidity begins to appear in the vehicle, I look for the cause. The problem stems from a leak due to the repair of the rear impact (therefore as an inconvenience, presence of humidity in the vehicle or there is electronics, trunk mat which comes off thanks to the leak of water in the trunk) I still had to wait 2 weeks with water in the trunk. Fourth appointment for the water leak, the garage noticed an error during the slight repairs of course, not a point of glue for the trunk floor mat or an excuse me sir for the inconvenience. I realize that the rear impact is wrong. I call the garage to discuss it and a fifth meeting is offered to me. I go to the garage or the boss receives me, I ask if it's normal. The boss explains to me that there is no problem and that the experts neither know anything. I leave and inquire with Nissan and neighbors who have the same vehicle. I got in touch with the boss who asked me to come the next morning for a sixth meeting. From there I am received by the bodybuilder who explains to me the boss is not present. The bodybuilder explains to me that he has never had a problem since he did bodywork, and to approach me with the expertise office. I have therefore moved for nothing without even warning me of the withdrawal. I therefore approach the cabinet which takes multiple photos and indicates to me that there is a problem with the rear shock park. The firm therefore contacts the garage to make another appointment. Seventh appointment so I go to the garage once again in the morning. The boss receives me and explains to me that he will go with the vehicle to Nissan to see what he thinks about it, I already knew the answer. In the end so I was right staples too thick compared to the origin. So I come back to the garage to recover the vehicle, the secretary gives me the keys with the vehicle papers, so I ask if it was done on the vehicle. The secretary has no information on the progress. The secretary called the boss to explain to her that the staples of the rear shock park were too thick. I have to ask what was done on my vehicle, not a word of apology for all the inconvenience caused, trips, appointments, cancellations without warning.
