Too bad there is no ZERO! Request for a birth certificate (marriage file) made by teleservice on 08/28/2020. Relaunch of my town hall on 09/11/2020 because it is urgent. Promise (not kept) of sending the same day and receipt within 5 days. I call 17/09, the tone is detestable and contemptuous: "it left on 14/10 you will have it on 24/10". Uh why the stamp says that it left on 10/16 Madam the civil servant who, in addition, refuses to give her name while the law obliges her to do so (Marianne Charter) ??? I am a civil servant and I respect our users, you NO ... Lamentable

The purpose of my appeal was to confirm the sending of a birth certificate following the death of my father. After 15 minutes of waiting to reach the civil status department, the person speaks to me in an aggressive way by telling me that no request is not handled over the phone and that everything must go through the Internet. I just wanted some information and I received in return all the annoyance and aggression of this person. Normally, she could have started by sending me these condolences, as other services spontaneously do. Then, if she had kindly answered that the safest way to get my document was to go on the Internet, I would have understood very well. Mayor, look who you are surrounded by and what image this person gives of the capital of Flanders. This is to doubt the reception of the people of the north!

Come in July to deposit documents within the framework of a PACS: we provide all those present on the list provided by the town hall of Lille the day before ... we are told that there is always one missing, of which we have never heard of it. Unable to produce this document for administrative reasons, we are told that our file is sent to the prosecutor, to have it validated ("I hope you do not plan to get married soon") since July, no news . Attempt to contact by email / 2 private messages on FB / a call (I had 3 different contacts to whom I had to explain my problem, including an unfriendly hostess, who transfers you to her colleagues without even their indicate what it is about! Apparently the concept of polite accompanied transfer / waiting is not known to this person). It's been a month since I was told: "I am inquiring and I am coming back to you". Still nothing ... I don't know who I got online (don't we show up ?!), or if my file is processed, or it is, a tracking number maybe ?! So with a bit of luck, we will be able to agree in 2022 given the responsiveness of the civil status service. We despair and no longer know how to manage the thing because if it is, our file has remained at the bottom of a drawer and has not advanced an inch since this summer ...
