Building of the Town Hall of Lille was built in 1927 as of blends Flemish architecture and concrete modernity. It's dominated by the highest belfry in the region (104m), at the foot of which are Lille's two giants, Lydéric and Phinaert. It's hard work climbing to the top, but the 360° view is superb.
