I am very disappointed with tears in my eyes! I called doctor Ton Van, that day the secretary was absent so I had doctor Ton Van on the phone wishing an appointment the doctor asked me to come by the next day before 10 a.m. so I came at 9 a.m. I heard 1:30 and the secretary after an hour and a half of waiting, he gets up and tells me to be very upset, you don't have an appointment, she joins the doctor and tells her not to take me. So the doctor refused to take me with a very cold throat, I felt humiliated and belittled! I followed this doctor with 40 years of fidelity! I got my file back I won't be back!

Dr. Ton Van is an excellent doctor in addition to being human, always smiling, a little comforting word just for that want to go yet nobody likes to go to the doctor .... listen, take care to listen to you, to listen to you despite an extremely busy schedule of home visits. In the office, ultra responsive, under 48:00 we have an appointment. Worried for the future because not want to change doctors. I want it for life.
