I've been there twice lately for two different issues. The first time I had to wait almost 1 hour in the waiting room and the second time I was received almost immediately. However, both times the doctors received me well and had easy and efficient communication. A warm welcome and good service, I'm quite happy!
Warm welcome, with a smile. Professional doctor, listens to the patient, who takes the time. Much better than my attending physician!
I think people leaving negative reviews are people who expect VIP service ... eternally dissatisfied.
And again, I will give 0 star, but I will not complain but it is abusive, I called at midnight for a doctor to come to my mom because coming out of an operation on Saturday, the doctor told me to come and get morphine, then very unpleasant they tell me Madam I'm tired, bin didonc for a doctor it will do a lot to change jobs that one. Basically nobody passing and my mom filled with pain. I don't see how I, who is not a nurse, should inject him with morphine, but where is this world going!
I do not understand the rating of this establishment with very competent doctors available experienced I have three children and they always give me an excellent diagnosis, fair and well explained .., I recommend so much better than emergencies !!
Excellent welcome from the healthcare team. I went there several times and recently with Doctor Nesrine Boulgamh who is listening and is very kind! I highly recommend.
