Very bad laboratory! Very unpleasant and without any qualms. I had to do a very urgent and particularly important test, they told me without any compassion or understanding, that they no longer do the tests from 4:15 p.m. when it was 4:17 p.m., that the test does not take long and that this lab in question is supposed to close at 6 p.m. !!!!! Never seen so little humanity ...

Super friendly and welcoming nurses except the woman in charge of the reception with absolute coldness, never a hello ... 🧊 I have been in this lab several times, I recommend! 😊

3 stars because I am divided: usually, very fast and punctual laboratory. However, we are told that appointments are compulsory on Saturdays and that punctuality is important so as not to create delays…. However, during my last visits, there was more than 45min late at 8:30 am! The secretary tells me that there was some discomfort in a patient (ok no worries), but in addition to that, she lets several people pass without an appointment and when you dare to ask a question, you get shouted ... In addition, confidentiality on Saturday mornings leaves much to be desired ... The only man in charge of the samples, leaves the door open and the patients in the waiting room hear everything! (contact details, problem…) and that's unacceptable! I am finishing my prescription with you and looking for another lab.

I arrived this afternoon a few minutes early for my appointment to learn that the biologist was absent. This can happen, of course, but not having the correction to prevent or cancel the appointment on Doctolib is not professional. The secretary told me that she was going to call me, but less than five minutes from the meeting, especially since I don't live in Lille, it's a bit short.

On doctolib you display yourself as a COVID screening location by PCR test by blood test. I took RV via dosctolib for this 8:05 am this morning. When I got there I was told (quite harshly) that your lab does not do the PCR tests by questioning what I was saying. Thank you for correcting on doctolib, you will save your customers like me from wasting their time unnecessarily.
