I live in Belgium and I have bought several rather expensive items from their webshop over the past 3 years (1 amplifier, 1 integrated audio system, a pair of loudspeakers, stands, audio rack, several audio cables, an Mp3 player, headphones). I was initially attracted by their admittedly good offers on a few of these items and the nice website presentation. However I have been disappointed by more recent purchases like the NorStone Alva speaker stands which are a totally substandard product that shouldn't even be labelled "speaker stand", so much it lacks in sturdiness (even an IKEA piece is more sturdy and stable). I subsequently wrote a bad review for this product giving it only 1 star but they never published my review and potential buyers only currently see three enthusiastic 5-star reviews for this product (which I now have some trouble believing are real given the very low quality of the product and its very poor value for money). This episode let bare to my eyes the commercial policy of this firm and I vowed never to purchase anything again from them as I can no longer trust the rigorousness of their product selection and the veracity of the "reviews" on their website.

Top products in terms of quality (but in return for fairly high prices). Perfectly adequate advice according to your needs.

Barely arrived in front of the door, the saleswoman smokes her cigarette at the entrance, I say "Hello" while entering with only a look of disdain ... I must obviously disturb her! Inside ... the saleswoman would have done better to keep quiet: haughty attitude and only knowing how to talk about prices, the highest of course in a condescending tone! This young lady would have been very wise to stay where she was ... on the sidewalk smoking her cigarettes, the only activity she obviously excelled at! In short, I left almost running given the reception and will not set foot there again! Having rarely seen people in this store, I now understand why!
