after a burning smell in my house after a fire, the firefighters intervened 2 minutes after my call. KINDNESS and PROFESSIONALISM are the words that best describe the men of fire (and not only); they reassured me and my family, took the time to check that we were out of danger! a big thank-you!

I would like to post here this opinion to make think "some" firefighters who were not very nice with my teenage daughter (they are not all concerned, no, because I have used their services several times with all their Professionalism and I was very satisfied ... fortunately!). My daughter was "gassed" by a group of boys on Villeneuve-d'Ascq and therefore needed them (call made by Transpole). There were firefighters among them who told her not to do too much "way" that she could open her eyes that they knew what it was like to receive the tear gas bomb and that if she continue they would do it to her. a puncture"...??!! that he too could do that (he mimed the closed eyes of my daughter ... he did not care about her in this case) is inadmissible for me as a mother. My daughter had just been assaulted, was crying and shocked, but she was doing "manners" ??? !!! ... I only got a furtive call from her firemen telling me she had been " gassed "but that everything was fine that I had to come and look for him in the security station of Transpole V2 .... all was well ?? I could not believe in recovering my daughter "alone" with compresses of water on the eyes. My daughter was in shock and had a bright red face with swollen eyes and a burning mouth, and also crying, asking "why she?" but everything was fine according to this fireman? !!!!!!! ... I went to the doctor with her, she had inflammation all over her face and mouth quite damaged because the gas was returned to her mouth ... not dead man that's for sure! but a teenager completely shocked by his aggression, but also because of the more than inappropriate reaction of his firefighters who, by the way, must not have children :(. I wanted to put this opinion especially for it to be read by his firemen who I hope will recognize and will have, I hope too, next time a better approach and a little more tact with a girl coming from to attack. I thank firefighters with good hearts and insults me of others. An angry mom.
