Les Fleurs De Fany

I bought flowers from Fany many times in the past so when we decided to get married in Lille we contacted her for the bride bouquet, boutonniere and the composition for the sweetheart table. Fany did an amazing job and we have been very happy with the result.

Ordering a bouquet of dried flowers on the website without any problem. On the other hand at the reception the bouquet is not at all the same as that hoped for. After contacting the shop, the only response that was given to me (in an extremely unpleasant way) by one of the sales staff, was that they had not received the flowers from their wholesalers. No change possible, no compensation. To avoid!

Very pretty shop, a lot of choice in terms of bouquet, a very current style which is often difficult to find in others which makes this address essential! Florists who know their stuff!
