I ordered a click and collect bouquet during the second lockdown. Results? A superb, quality bouquet ready in less than an hour. Punctuality, efficiency and good humor from the sellers, go ahead with your eyes closed.

A real shame! Several times I go to this florist and always the same thing: 1. the florist is absolutely not a shopkeeper, not a smile, inappropriate thoughts. Particularly shocking tonight: she lectured in front of everyone to a customer who was on the phone while being served. "You know it is rude what you are doing there Madam, it is not done". It might be rude, but it's not for you to say. Respect for the customer is the basics of commerce. I find that really shocking. 2. they always try to get you on the prices: you ask for a bouquet for 10 €, you tell him twice, after 5 minutes they tell you "it's 15 € 20 sir" (oddly 15 € is the threshold for paying by credit card). Result he spots 5 minutes to remove the 5 € of flowers in excess ... and the other customers wait ... and you wait ... To flee !

By going with my mom in this shop (to offer her a winter bouquet) we had a very limited welcome, the employee or manager asks us the age of the person to whom we offer the bouquet? We answer that it is for my mother here: she answers us: well choose then! No delicacy or professionalism. I went to the florist next door: the flowers by Jean Louis, who was discreet, professional and less nag.
