La boutique est d’accès difficile et ne propose pas le choix attendu. Apres m’y être rendu à plusieurs reprises je n’y retournerais plus, j’ai pu faire le constat d’une serveuse désagréable et d’une tenancière hautaine.

Deplorable and most unpleasant welcome this November 27, 2020 10:30 am. To retrieve a package by click and collect, you must call when you arrive at the store (in principle no problem, everything is clearly indicated). The line was ringing busy saleswoman on the phone. Being with my infant and not knowing how long his conversation was going to last I kindly signal my presence by tapping once on the window. I was literally shot at and scolded by the saleswoman ... if you can call that a saleswoman! On his arrival I pointed out to him his lack of delicacy and his less commercial behavior ... NOT A SYMPATHATIC WORD from him and even less a word of apology. She comes back with my package, gives it to me between two doors without showing me the item ... Either this lady is a manager and has every interest in changing jobs, or she is a saleswoman and I strongly advise Jacadi to replace her because in view of the other opinions formulated the service leaves much to be desired ... to believe that in this period the store has too many customers ... A shame for a shop of this standing!

Complicated access with a stroller and newborns department inaccessible because they are steps, which is the last straw for a children's store! In addition the staff are rude, especially the manager. Too bad because the clothes are beautiful. I will now buy on the website or at the Printemps store.
