it's cool and the lady is very nice, we can make reservations, etc. The delivery is CHEAP, for my bed the price was 20 € I think and in IKEA it was 70 €!

Very disappointed with the service. I bought a mattress for my 5 month old baby. When I get home I realize that there is no label or information on the composition of the mattress. I go back to the store to have a certificate of the product I just bought ... The saleswoman looks at me as if I were asking for an incredible thing and takes out the verse on the small family box. I ask her to see if I can't have just a document attesting to the composition of the mattress, she tells me that she calls me back. I'm still waiting ... I contacted the company through their website and I got no response either. Too bad, because actually I prefer to consume local but not blind!
