I go there quite often for my packages. Already you have to come across a day when they are open (often closed at the times when they must be open). Take the parcels once in two (say they are full, do not accept my parcel, but accept the one behind me). Lastly, and I think the most absurd, they don't wear masks! In this period of global pandemic linked to Covid !!! I go to this parcel point as a last resort!

Every time I go to pick up a parcel in this place, I come out with a big smile on my face: lovely ladies with a sense of service like I've never seen: am always amazed by so much kindness, it is so rare these days! I arrived at closing and I was expecting to have to go back and then they told me "come in Madam, do not worry, we are not 5 mins away", I still cannot believe it 😉 Don't change anything, it's perfect, I think a lot would have to learn from your kindness and your customer service, thank you for that!

Person who received me very pleasant and helpful for the deposit of a Mondial Relay package

So maybe the staff is welcoming but in what concerns the relay point you have to avoid it. Do not scan packages on time. We had to leave and when we got home they scanned it, what a big joke. I never put a package there again.
