The saleswoman helped me to choose a bracelet for the baptism of my little girl. The magnificent setting does not spoil anything. I was probably going back for myself or as a gift.

Shameful! I came to this shop to get a repair estimate for silver BOs. Frosty welcome. Barely a word, the saleswoman was busier watching over a visitor, potential customer, who surely did not have the right skin color at the sight of the looks she gave him. She tells me briefly that my quote will be ready in a week ... 2 weeks later, no news, I call. The estimate of my soundtracks was not carried out. I am told in a dry tone and without excuse that "yes there is delay" I explain that I need to have them quickly because I am going from Lille. She tells me to pick them up the next day. What I do. .. The quote has still not been made! "Well yes madam you wanted to get them back quickly, here they are!" ... No excuse. No time to make a quote in 2 weeks for a simple weld. Here is this kind of store which must have its small bourgeois clientele and which does not bother to open up to others ... Potentially other loyal customers ... Attention ladies ... Word of mouth goes fast and you know neither who you are addressing your contempt for, nor which customer you are losing with such disrespect.

After reading the other opinions, it is true that the lady is not very talkative. The setting of the shop is old but this jewelry store offers very nice product of very good quality and sometimes less expensive than elsewhere. the small downside for me would be the fact that there is a charge for engraving on a piece of jewelery over € 500. otherwise I highly recommend this jewelry store thank you 😍
