Bought our wedding rings in this pretty shop with super nice, smiling saleswomen who know their work well ... very professional .... very good advice ... only fun .... we will be returning soon for the engraving .... a very big THANK YOU to you 👍🏼👍🏼😉😉 And for clients who say they are poorly received, I am very surprised ... maybe these same clients imagine themselves to be the kings of the world and are themselves aggressive ... like many clients who believe that everything is theirs due ...... personally the saleswomen were very very smiling

We move on purpose to Lille in this shop .. It's been 3 times in a few months (engagement ring) and well, sincerely sorry but the employee Sophie should change jobs, or review her way of welcoming the customer .. .! Myself and my husband have always been badly received as soon as it was her (speaks haughtily to you, answers you curtly and is not at all pleasant) and today, one too many times: my mother was there. returns and is received like a clean evil! This employee allows herself mm to judge the fact that I deformed my ring without doing it on purpose of course .. In short! The other employees are very nice so it's a shame because we will not go ...

I came today to pick up an order. One of the sales assistants asked if I had the paper with the order number on me. Not having it I apologized and gave my name. At that moment, her colleague who was next allowed herself to say to me "she is not fufute". I find it inappropriate and inconceivable to be received and treated like this in such a shop. I am very disappointed and will not be returning.

I just went to the store to pick up my package and the times are 2-7pm on Monday, I waited like a con for 25 minutes and no one showed up, so I left and should come back. Especially in Lille it is the misery to park, the last time I order in store.
