I have never seen so much bad faith. On a simple two-minute phone call I am considered a couple with a friend present at the time of the call and the person immediately changes the information of this friend on his personal account and now claims an overpayment while the statements are well made !!! Since no discussion possible they must be reimbursed and nothing else while the "error" (voluntary) comes from them but even that they do not assume ... having a friend who worked there a few weeks he m 'confirmed that they do this kind of thing regularly for the sole purpose of being seen by their management without any compassion for the people they scam !!!!

Lots of administrative management problems !!! Each year there is always a management problem. The advisers on the phone are unable to do a few things, they are just there to give you information but if not to help with the procedures, they can do nothing. For 4 months they have suspended my Aah. They told me to apply for a disability pension from cpam when they know very well that the two allowances cannot be combined. Why force people to apply when they know it's not cumulative it's just wasted time. Frankly I think they do everything to drag the files and on top of that they should not be angry! Everything is fine it's normal !!!!!!!! Which say that everything is going well what they are really lucky to come across on professional person !!!

Closed due to containment. It is therefore very difficult to reach them on the phone. I do not recommend calling. TIP: make an appointment on the caf website for a telephone appointment. Not only is it free but in addition it is they who call you. You just have to be there at the scheduled time with your phone charged. Advice: be ready with a computer or / and have the documents you need.
