rotten landlord, already a month that we have no hot water, we can call Partenord because we do not get any appointment with the plumbing service provider. he returns the ball and during this time there no shower heat the water for the dishes (no washing machines) on the other hand 5 days late on rent and there we know how to call us to order. Previously, we were at VILOGIA, PARTENORD to recently buy our blocks of apartments. It's a disaster .. the latter no longer maintains anything .. the buildings are deteriorating visibly and becoming unsanitary .. In the event of a breakdown, no repairs or returns are made.

Same as other unhappy people. No response or reaction on the unsanitary conditions of the residence for 2 years. We regret our former caretaker who made sure everything was clean and also checked the work of the providers. He deserved at least twice his salary! Something we don't have now. It is shameful for the image of the town of Wasquehal to have such a 'disgusting' residence 100 meters from the town hall!

Do not take this lessor !!! Poor or non-existent customer service from the Villeneuve d'ascq agency. No follow-up of their accommodation, request by phone and mail remains unanswered. Refusal to make repairs or quotes for obsolescence. Don't even bother to travel to resolve a dispute. It gets worse over time .... It literally makes fun of customer satisfaction!
