Exorbitant prices! 22 € to change the battery of a Zadig and Voltaire watch, supposedly more complex, and without additional waterproofing, it's just theft. The strap being out of order, I opened the watch today to collect the battery and put it in another watch. It did not take me more than 2 minutes top chrono (the time taken by the seller at the time), without any special tool and without damaging anything, to open it, realize that the mechanism was similar to all the other fancy watches, recover the battery which incidentally costs less than 2 € on Amazon, and close. I wouldn't come back no matter what service I need.

TO AVOID. Expensive and Incompetent. 15 euros for a simple key WHICH DOES NOT EVEN FIT THE LOCK, the height for a "specialist ???". I went back to get my money back. Pure waste of time. FYI, I finally found almost 2X cheaper elsewhere (8euros) for a key that works at Cora Flers.

How to say I would not set foot there any more obviously this Mr does not like his company, a more disastrous experience is not possible ... afterwards I will not judge him because at this point he certainly has his reasons, at least I hope so because it is self-sabotage. But I don't care because I have a choice, on the other hand a lost customer is lost !!
