The first time I am told that my file has been lost, the second time I am told that they are waiting for the technician's report which they must send to the company so that he can re-intervene. A third time I am told that the technician is sick ... I always have a hole in the living room, smells and insects coming into the house ... Anything big. I do not know what to do. It is the first time that I post a notice of this kind because I am not the type to complain but there it is appalling.
