Police municipale de Lambersart

My husband and I live in an area where all parking is time limited. Following our change of vehicle, I went to the municipal police to change our resident parking card. I have prepared all the documents, the gentleman having gone to work, so I have the photo of the registration card and the certificate of transfer in picture. This is the first time that I have been welcomed in this way at Lambersart. I was greeted by a barely polite lady, who seems to be disturbed by my presence. This one asks me to provide the real documents because in photo “it does not go”. However, the previous times this was no problem.
