I am very sorry to write this return, but I have reported this several times orally but there is no improvement: the meat is NOT at all of good quality! I was told you have to cook it the same day to taste it as it is fresh, I lost 3 hours preparing my dish and trying to save it! But in vain: the taste of the meat was catastrophic despite the use of the same components as usual! I have changed nothing except the butcher's shop! I'm going to throw it all away! Thanks for wasting my time! FYI, I did more than 30 euros shopping that day, I think I'll throw everything out of my freezer so as not to waste more time and money ...

No form of politeness, incompetent butcher, completely disgusting meat, disgusting hygiene, exorbitant price, avoid at all costs.

No air conditioning in summer for the good preservation of meat, service is poor, more fat than meat in minced meat
