Bureaucratic mess, no replies to e-mails, answering the phone once every 3 days, tens of useless documents requested, attestation after attestation, I stayed a week in hotels because of the paperwork hell and unresponsiveness. Avoid any dealings with the CROUS if you can.

Looks like it's forbidden to pick up the phone at home. My file is starting to drag and it's impossible to know where it's at. No matter how long I wait on the phone, he never answers and ends up hanging up. Pitiful service.
