So I signed and the day we received the compromise we wanted to walk past our future house. What a shock when we discovered a large sign indicating the construction of a housing estate in the so-called agricultural field. We immediately undo the compromise within 10 days and the owner informed us that the agency was aware of the situation. So they are liars ... Be careful ... They push to make an offer and to buy by saying what you want to hear. Making believe that there are other buyers when this is not the case!
