I wouldn't recommend. Not sure if agents are overloaded or not interested. Took 17 days to receive a call from them, after leaving 5 messages.

NOBODY EVER answers the phone. By cons send formal notices they know how to do well ...

No return, neither to emails, nor to calls. Obviously they don't need us, poor people of the lower classes who need to house us. A deplorable lack of professionalism!

If possible I would give them 0 stars. Deplorable service, unnecessary adviser, no call back and no file that passes despite a revenue of 2800/3500 per month. Never seen an agency as bad as its, they had better close. To all, go through another agency (all also unprofessional then courage) or by individual (what I advise you) 3 months of research by agency and nothing, one week by individual and I think it's crazy.

No need to answer the phone, I call at least 5 times every day but no one answers! Don't even reply to emails and say to be the best agency in France!
