Before detailing my mishap, I would like to point out that I have been driving a Renault for 17 years. All my vehicles are purchased new and monitored at Renault. I travel between 30 and 40,000km / year. Recently, I stopped by this establishment for a simple routine check. A mechanic enters my vehicle in the garage, on a bridge and makes a quick inspection of the whole vehicle (during 10 min, watch in hand). He comes back telling me: - "You have two tires and the pads to change". - "Perfect! When can I take an appointment to replace them?" - "I don't know because first you have to pay today's bill?" - "Today's invoice? What invoice ??? - "The inspection I have just made of your vehicle is invoiced. The secretary will send it to your home and you will be able to see her for an appointment." So I left this garage completely disconcerted ... Two days later, I received at my home an invoice of more than 40 € corresponding to the 10 min spent on my vehicle !!! In 17 years, I have stopped in many Renault establishments, in different departments (in the countryside as in town) and NEVER, NEVER, NEVER have I been asked for money for the simple observation. It is obvious that in return, I have the work carried out in the same garage as the one in which the findings were made. I tried to dispute this invoice. Nothing to do: "you came to us to ask us for an opinion, it's 40 €. An invoice for the opinion and an invoice for the work". Conclusion: At 40 € for 10 min of observation, I dare not imagine the prices for repairs ... I strongly recommend that you ESCAPE this garage which practices theft with impunity.

Honestly? Another garage which tarnishes the already tarnished reputation of Renault ... Really very unpleasant reception, mechanics not at all to the point or even incompetent, we do not know if they know their jobs .. In short, such an organization that there are lost keys (phew I have a double) but still it's not honest at all and even less professional, no apologies, no refunds or gestures on the bill. Very very disappointed !! I absolutely do not recommend !!

I hesitate between thieves, or incompetent. Following an accident, my car was towed to this garage. The keys, as well as the registration card were entrusted to them at the time of the towing. After 5 days, I want to recover my keys ... but impossible: these have disappeared! I demand that I do others because the car was under their responsibility. After 3 weeks, the steps for the keys have not been started yet. I go back to the garage, this time to recover the gray card: again impossible because it disappeared too. When I tell them that it starts to do a lot (the keys + the gray card lost), I'm screaming at it. The lady tells me that there are more serious things in life and that I do not need to make a cinema ..... yet I remained calm in the face of this hysteric who was alone to raise the voice in the office. And according to her, I should consider myself happy because she will not count me any expenses of guarding .. (for a car impossible to move since without keys). In the end, I had to give my car for parts (to another mechanic), a car that I could have repaired or even sell for parts. Many people have told me that there is something fishy underneath. For my part, never again would I set foot in this garage and I do not advise anyone!
