Crédit agricole Centre-Est à Nantua

I share my problem with you. Following my bank card which I dropped at the store, my credit card returned to my Nantua branch. I am a morning shift employee. Out of work, it is only a quarter past twelve that I intercept a lady and ask very nicely if she could pass my card but even before finishing my sentence she cuts me off with a loud voice, that we are on a break came back tomorrow morning, I explain that I work in the morning and she tells me it's not my problem came back another day, I explain again that it can take her only 2min to pass a card and then she starts to increase the TONE!
