Dr Rosana GROZA

To flee !!! Recently settled in the region, I was looking for a general practitioner to give my child his 11 month visit + vaccine booster. So I went to the nearest medical center to me who directed me to the Doctolib site for an appointment. Arrived a little early at the meeting I see that Ms. Groza has moved, although I had received a confirmation email the day before at the address provided. So I arrive exactly on time at Ms. Groza's new address. I was not a few kilometers away. After 50 minutes of waiting, Mrs. Groza opens the door to her treatment room and deliberately refuses to say hello to me. There follows a hellish monologue and of great verbal violence, according to which she has unsubscribed from Doctolib, that I must address her secretary to make an appointment, that she must take the time to eat. She refuses to listen to me, to receive me, claims not to accept children when I made an appointment for a PEDIATRIC consultation on her site ... All this while insisting that Doctolib continues to charge it ... As if it was my problem or even my fault! No matter what Mrs. Groza's misadventures with Doctolib, I am just a patient who made an appointment, canceled a day on call for my child, and showed up on time. I leave without consultation, without vaccination. I can take the change of address, the delay, and even a cold and distant doctor, that's not the problem. But letting a patient leave without care is unacceptable and goes against the Hippocratic Oath that this lady has obviously forgotten. Such a degree of bitterness, and lack of professionalism deserves a deep questioning on his part. It is not because it is difficult to find a doctor in our countryside that they can afford everything. I therefore advise against it, obviously.
