I am very unhappy. Unable to travel for health reasons, I ordered a rose for a surprise on May 21. The florist telephoned the day before the delivery date when I had told her that the recipient would be there ... the surprise missed ... The florist delivers a rose which after 15 days has not flowered a single flower ... and which at after 3 weeks is dead ... no excuse, the florist blamed the recipient of the gift. A paid service 36 euros for a faded rose ... No commercial gesture, not nice on the phone, obvious bad faith ... To flee.
