The team was very welcoming and pleasant. I found the prices to be great! Unbeatable even. The 4 stars are compared to the service (in my case, waxing) where I found that it lacked a little experience. For example, I found that the wax was not hot enough, which caused my hair to be broken rather than removed by the root. But I'm sure with a few tweaks you can be 100%. Good luck.
