Agency to avoid absolutely, especially if it is the head of the agency that takes care of you. Not being used to selling land, he is more concerned with the seller than the buyer. We had to set up a financing plan with our broker as quickly as possible (less than 20 days) for a house construction whereas with the building permit and all the steps to take, it can take months, but the seller was "in a hurry"! We were on vacation but he had to call us every day to get this famous Grail! Our broker having finalized the financing plan just before the planned date, the manager did not even have the delicacy and intelligence to warn us that it did not suit / more to the seller who, scalded by a failed sale previously, probably wanted someone who paid "cash" his land! It's the least you can do to warn your customers whether it's positive or negative, but do not expect that from this gentleman. In short, if you do not want to waste your time and money, go your way!
