Completely unprofessional. First talked to a guy who said he was busy and was going to call me back... Then a lady called me 2 days later!! Talked with her about a house we wanted to visit and eventually buy. She behaved herself as if she was a client and us - a service provider, and not the opposite, the behavior you wouldn't expect from a real estate representative especially when you're preparing to pay several hundreds of thousands euros!! Asked plenty of questions on our private life and finished by saying that she wouldn't show us the house unless we prove her we have money!!!!!! LOL I was just SHOCKED. The first time I see this and I saw a lot of agencies in France. I wonder how they manage to sell with this attitude! By the way, don't know if they speak English, I have double nationality so I spoke french.

Following an announcement that caught my attention, starting my research to buy a new apartment, I called the number indicated, a first person answers me for a minute and I change my interlocutor without any explanation or form of politeness. and I have to start my explanations from the beginning, already that is very average, in short I explain the why of my call to this gentleman who generally asks me and that before informing me about the good if I can afford it with words chosen but it is very clear already talking to me about offering me something else, too expensive for me? In short he finally talks to me about the good and as there are only 2 photos on the ad I ask to see it and there the questionnaire begins, I ask what is the use of asking me the first name of my wife and he me replies that it is like that ..... I am willing to believe that non-creditworthy people ask to visit apartments even if I do not see the point but believe me there are other ways of welcoming buyers potentials, a visit could have brought you a sale and an apartment for sale, rest assured, I will stop wasting your precious time and I would turn to more welcoming professionals, of course I do not thank you.
