Does not respond to the request for a quote for a wedding (several weeks without news: almost 6). We resume contact, she does not find the quote. 3 days later she calls to say that she cannot because it will be closed and her wedding florist will be on vacation. In the end the store is indeed open ... Avoid if you want fast, quality service.
