Very bad experience at this gentleman, weekend near Barcelonette, I went there to replace a rubber of my glasses that I had accidentally lost and ... This Mr tells me he will look s' he has left, takes my glasses, told me to wait 5-10 minutes and told me that he has other things to do, after 5 MN my husband decides to go get my glasses because this Mr was actually putting stamps on sheets. My husband told him about his displeasure and he started shouting, really not a shopkeeper, not helpful and unfriendly. A brief aggressive behavior run away!

Aggressive and unpleasant behavior, hanging up on the phone! I just wanted to have the references glasses previously tried on the spot but in another color to see if it suited me before ordering ... The brief and dry answer was: "either you trust us or you will see elsewhere" and hanging up at nose! I did not understand at all!?! What unacceptable behavior against the customer! Only opticians in the vicinity. I strongly advise against them.
