Lack of professionalism on the part of an esthetician at the salon in Versailles. I had an appointment to do my hands and feet. I went out with € 71 paid and only hands made. She kept repeating that she was late, am I responsible for her incompetence? The other incidents are long and I reserve them for people who are undercover but between tenos I mean professionals who open salons and then recruit inexperienced staff, it's not up to the customer to pay the price!
