The staff is pleasant and efficient, but the service leaves something to be desired, all the more considering its price. Unfortunately, waxing the bikini line is a bit sloppy, the treatment, which is supposed to last an hour, is finished after 30 minutes. The beautician is attentive, but does not necessarily provide quality work, I needed to touch up the same evening.

I went the first time for eyebrow waxing. I waited a lot before writing this message. But I tell myself that many people like me base this on comments before choosing a salon. So my experience was awful. After hair removal in this salon. I had a hole in my eyebrows. Hole made by an esthetician. For almost a month and to this day I still have traces of my visit to this fair. I had never had such an experience. And I want to share it with you. A hole in the eyebrow is a disfigured face. After the first beautician made a hole. I asked for another who caught the second eyebrow. And who knew how to do his best in the face of my distress.

It is the first time that I give a negative opinion, but I felt robbed at the end of the appointment. The eyebrow dye is a dark, almost black chestnut when I asked for a very light chestnut because I am blonde and I wanted the look to be as natural as possible. Failed ... Redraw the eyebrow line even the second time they were not symmetrical. The eyelash dye does not exist and poorly made, smeared, eyelashes are dyed others not. The complete manicure, I saw no difference, at least having the nails all the same length, even that it did not happen. My appointment cost me 96 € I would not complain if my services were performed well which is not the case. The professional was in a hurry, however, there were no clients waiting. They were three professionals on a Saturday afternoon, who complained about spending their days cleaning because of COVI 19 precautions, or were on the phone with personal calls. I say it again I felt robbed and I do not recommend anyone to this aesthetic center.

Very nice staff and who knows how to put at ease! Fast hair removal but no finish so it is pretty rough and therefore the price is a bit high for a service that is not perfect.
