I did laser treatment first session. It is the doctor who does it himself which is perfect. I have heard other centers the assistants do it.he speaks english and french and very kind. Also his personels.his center is very clean and good facilities

I went for laser treatment and I highly recommend it. The results of the laser treatment are amazing and the customer service is impeccable. Dr. Monsigny and his staff are so welcoming that it is my pleasure to recommend his office to anyone looking for laser or any other treatment.

Had a bad exeperience with competitor, decided to try my luck here. The person at the reception desk was probably the most helpful person I've seen in a long time. Lovely, and welcoming, he organised a meeting late in the evening for my convenience. The doctor was also very welcoming, taking the time to explain everything in simple words. The treatment was done in consideration of the potential pain I could have and with great care. Finally, the price was 3 time cheaper than at the competitor. I recommend them without a problem.

LOOK NO FURTHER! This is the 3d clinic I went to for laser treatment. The first one was with Christine Lamarche at the 21 rue Exelmans, which turned out to be a complete disaster: unreasonably expensive and randomly (!) priced, outdated equipment and poor customer service. The procedure room always had a sickening smell of burned flesh and hair. As you think, it couldn’t get any worse, it did: I ended up with some burn marks and pigmentation. The second clinic was in Boulogne Billancourt managed by Dr Jean-Marc ADDA, while having the best intentions in mind, his clinic, though equipped with latest equipment and competitively priced, falls short of the client service due to the lack of experience of his staff. Marlene who that had carried out my laser treatment (almost all body parts), had little idea at what she was doing, she also got distracted by sending messages on her mobile or answering the phone calls, the “clients” of course…So, if you have a few hundreds Euros to burn/throw away just pay for the laser and do the house chores instead. You get the same results, more pleasure, avoid an aggravation and your time will be worth spent! In her defense, she did warn me that it might not work. Mercie! I would have appreciated this “inside” information before I have paid. Having wasted time and money on mediocrity, I started to doubt ever finding a place that could provide good customer service and acceptable outcomes. By the time I have found Dr Monsigny’s clinic, I had become rather knowledgeable about the different laser treatments depending on your type of skin. Dr Monsigny and his team were friendly and highly professional (so rare in France!); the clinic is equipped with the best and latest machines. The ambiance and the decor are welcoming and very pleasant. Dr Monsigny, who appears to be a perfectionist, executes the procedure very meticulously and with a lot of experience, which makes you feel that you are in the hands of an expert; and he is! The results are impressive. He also speaks English, which is a bonus. I and my French sister -in-law (who initially recommended me Christine Lamarche at Exelman’s but got disappointed subsequently) are now very satisfied customers of his. Honestly, I would have given 6 stars if I could. But don't just take my word have a look for yourself!

Very good experience with laser hair removal. This is my fourth session and the result is amazing, between the two months between each appointment only a few hairs grow back. The doctor is always on time, very pleasant, the office is very clean and with quality equipment (recommended by a friend's endocrinologist), and the people at the reception are just lovely. It was recommended to me by word of mouth and I can only do the same. A big change of life for my hair removal, I regret not having done it before.
