I have lived in Caromb for 14 years so I know this service station and the pump attendant very well since I go there regularly. Everything was going well until Monday December 30, 2019 Monday evening I stopped to put diesel, as usual the pump attendant Filled up and I took the opportunity to control my water level because the dashboard light had just come on. The "nice" pump attendant offered to do it to me !!!!! He insisted so I let him do it. Indeed, he completed the expansion tank, the level was slightly too low. I left to park 100 m further. Thursday morning when I left for work, the coolant light was in a fixed red position, while the pump attendant had just filled it up !!!! Arriving at work and not having time I only raised the hood the evening before leaving my work because the indicator was always solid red Well no this is not a joke !!!!!! the nice pump attendant had not given me the cap of the expansion tank which was completely dry !!!!! After contacting my garage in Avignon who told me not to use my car like that I had to take a taxi to get home (20 euros) !!!! No traffic jam at Volkswagen at carpentras. My husband had to go to Avignon at Volkswagen to buy a cap and a can of coolant (25 euros) and bring it back to me during his meal time on Friday !!!! The station only reopened on Saturday January 4 I went back to explain to the gas station attendant his "big dumpling" who did not even apologize and almost called me a liar by telling me that it was very strange because he did things well !!!!! He did not want to reimburse me for the costs caused by his error despite the invoices !!!! In addition, my vehicle could have been damaged! A shame! No knowledge of living! I only have one thing to say: Just fill up the tanks And do not offer your services since you are incompetent !!!!
