I bought a 407, 4 days after the battery and dead, good to change something I did I contact the person who sold the car he tells me what will be reimbursed its been 2 weeks that I court them after the reimbursement but still nothing the car has a continuous whistling with or without braking all my responsibility while the gentleman told me that all this will be refunded and given that and arrived 4 days after the purchase of the vehicle I advise against its n have no professional !! I wanted to do the gray card but the car is GAGÉ and obviously impossible to join them !!

I turned to this professional after having had long problems with my dodge nitro and its power. I am totally delighted. I traveled 3 hours to come and see this specialist who really has one. He solved the problem very quickly, while listening to us. The quality to price ratio is excellent. I highly recommend.

I went to this so called "professional" Chrysler for a key problem for my Lancia Voyager formerly Chrysler Voyager The mechanic opens the hood and tells me straight away "it's not the right battery on this vehicle" .. then the owner arrives and keeps my vehicle for a day .. charges me 99euros for a breakdown which he cannot find !!!!! When I picked up my vehicle he told me that he had done a breakdown search and that already it was not the right battery on this model Told me that you have to plan 300 euros to change the battery for the right battery, gives me a pseudo battery test from its software ... but I can see that this test has been completely configured manually with its comments proving me to be tested. support that the battery will not hold since its report indicates 13% charge ... so it must be changed Encourage me to change it because I risk breaking down very quickly To top it all off .. he told me that changing the battery would not solve my key problem but that I had to start there because the voltages are low .. see his famous test !! I leave with 99 euros less, the feeling of being had because I found his explanations rather shady for a key story .. I take my vehicle to a Lancia dealership ..diagnosis 30mn .. key to change .. received in 72 hours .. programming of the key to associate it with the vehicle. 125 euros total cost .. I left with a key which works perfectly ... 2 months after my visit to this professional pseudo, the battery of my vehicle works perfectly! My opinion: garage to flee !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I change my opinion since Google does not allow me to respond to the comment of this so-called professional! So for 99euros at this "specialist Chrysler" ..ben I leave with the same breakdown .. This gentleman tells me that he does not graciously make me pay for the hours he spent on my vehicle .. I would have preferred that 'he stops at 1 hour of diagnosis and does not charge his package .. while other specialist them .. did not charge me for the hour spent on the diagnosis and also had a suitcase for them codes ... well let's go! 4 months after my visit to this garage ... the battery of my vehicle still works just as well ... IF I had listened to it ... I would have paid a high price for a new battery (300 euros well let's see just that.) And I would have had more since he was unable to diagnose the failure ... those that others we could do in less than 1 hour I do not understand the positive opinions on this garage ... I have the impression that it is taking advantage of their so-called specialist reputation to inflate prices and perform unnecessary interventions if a customer is not in the game I persist ... to flee !!!!!
