A garage as there should be few. The place is clean and calm, the staff pleasant and smiling. Being a freak, I liked the fact that the mechanics were careful getting into the car that none of them were dirty before getting in. A garage with a service that is becoming rare these days and for a very low price.

I went to this post-containment garage on the recommendation of midas for an air conditioning problem, by phone I was told a quote of 100 euros deducted from the final invoice if the repairs are made at home. Being a novice in everything related to a car and faced with the difficulty of finding a post confinement appointment, I took an appointment for a quote. On the day of the pleasant welcome quote, I get my car 3:30 after the mechanic explains to me and shows me his intervention on my vehicle, what he did and the problem detected (very good contact). Diagnosis: HS condenser, cost of the operation: 795 euros (4 hours of labor and a part at 130 euros), I pay the estimate and appointment agreed a week later. When I get home I decide to ask the advice of several other garages. After a dozen calls, a mechanic told me that he found the estimate a little exaggerated. I then decide to cancel my appointment 2 days after having made the quote. When I call I am told that my part has a late delivery, I inform the person on the phone that it does not matter, I want to cancel my appointment having found better elsewhere. I then have the right to a sermon by phone on respect for 5 minutes, I am bragged about the garage as what they are professionals and they use advanced equipment, ... The call ends. Conclusion: repair carried out elsewhere for 410 euros (2h30 of MO, part at 90 euros), the figures speak for themselves. I don't want to take this garage down because to be rated 4.2 stars somewhere it must deserve it, the reception is good and the mechanics look really professional. However, the quotes at 100 in a world where quotes are almost all free, the bill more than hefty (almost double what I've found elsewhere) and the nerve it takes to speak as this person spoke to me on the phone I put a star for the reception (when everything is going well) and a star for the kindness of the mechanic. I find that already very generous. Comment update: The problem diagnosed was not even the right one despite the material and techniques widely used before.
