Everything was always very good !!! To flee, I have never been so badly received in all my life, total lack of respect, I am the customer but I am at their service ... For once, a voluntary delay of 5 minutes on my part, (8:05 am) since at (7:55 am) the garage door is still closed ... (in 12 years). I would no longer go to them and I advise against it. Out of three controllers, there is one which is great, you have to find the right one ...

I called at 6pm today to find out if the center was open tomorrow, the secretary answered me without a hello “it's a holiday” with an annoyed tone I said to him then that “I know that tomorrow is a public holiday but some companies work hence my question to know if you opened up .. so you work tomorrow or not ”she answers me“ thank you for your call good evening ”and hangs up on me. I find this behavior incredibly immature and rude. I think that if you are annoyed by this profession it is better to change it instead of scaring your customers away. Shocked and disappointed, avoid!
