Came to pick up a package at 3:45 p.m. without knowing and having read (who lingers to read the posters on the storefronts when they are open?) That it was at 4:00 p.m. for the Mondial Relay. I am greeted by 2 angry and exasperated staff members because I am apparently not the first one who is waiting for a package and who cannot read the timetables, according to them. I am asked to find out about the schedules of the places I frequent before coming, in a very nice tone ... we were 5 in this case. Ask yourself the right questions and better inform your customers instead of talking to us in this tone.
