Dr Martre Florant Claire

Absolutely impolite, remarks moved on my teeth, no listening to my questions. Dr. Martre treated me without any consideration at full speed in an exasperated manner for no apparent reason and his care was painful. To be discouraged really. I experienced it as an aggression more than a cure. I agree with the negative comments and insists on the bad, very bad experience with Dr. Martre.

I followed the treatment invisilign with Mrs. Martre and I was extremely disappointed. She never explained me the steps of the protocol, she never looked at me, and worse, she never looked at my teeth! From the first appointment I was scalded and uncomfortable by this lack of professionalism and consideration of the patient. Moreover she does not seem to know the treatment because her answers to my questions were hesitant. It did not put me at all in confidence. After a first set of gutters, I had to tell her that the result was far from the "perfect alignment" she had promised me so that she would realize that indeed it was not satisfactory. And after the second set of gutters, she contented herself with making footprints for the restraints, without even looking for the final result. She also wanted to charge me more than the initial quote, and did not appreciate that I put her in default by showing her the quote. So the next day she simply called me to tell me that she did not want me as a patient anymore. Except that it was already obvious to me, because I much prefer to go to see Dr. Basset of the same office, which is I find much more competent, I was shocked that Mrs. Martre reproaches me what she herself is: absolutely unpleasant and not at all interested in his own work. But interested in money that yes. Moreover, I note that this is reflected in the other negative comments, which I agree wholeheartedly. For me it should be controlled by the council of the order of doctors.

Dr. Martre's client for more than 15 years, I can only rejoice. Often on time and impeccable work 👌. My file is well followed. In addition there is even a screen on the armchair to watch a movie during treatment!

Dr. Martre-Fontant is arguably the best dentist who has followed me - to the point that I continue to go to Versailles for my treatments, despite the distance. She is rigorous, very professional and at the same time very humane. I recommend it without hesitation!

My companion was treated by Doctor Herve ... very unpleasant doctor, with very little tact! Said to have done some of the acts ... surely to increase the bill! Very disappointed with this dental practice. I do not recommend it.
