Detestable. The reception by the secretaries is very friendly. Only, we have an appointment at 11:00 ... At 12 noon still nothing. Not even a word from an assistant moving back and forth in the hallway. We ask if the wait is still long, we are told another 30 minutes ... Unable to wait, and faced with such a lack of respect, we leave without consultation. Cabinet to flee!

Insupportable Appointment made more than 1 month before at 4.30 p.m. I arrive 5 minutes before and I wait 35 minutes before I ask how many patients still before me. I am told that there are still 2 people ahead of me, already 35mn late! Either there are too many appointments made, or they consider that it is necessary to take his afternoon for an appointment at a fixed time. I had an appointment at 5:30 p.m. for work, I left. This is the third time already (out of 3). This center does not care about its patients, it is lamentable.

I made an appointment for months for my 2 daughters (11 and 6 years old), pleasant welcome and attentive and very pleasant orthoptist. Unfortunately, I quickly became disillusioned with the consultation with Dr Bouillot who not only took us 20 minutes late when there was no one else before us but also has no tact to announce the news (announces that my daughter who is already quite nearsighted will certainly have complications in adulthood such as retinal detachment, hypertension, that it will not be operable and so on). Then he advises me to go see his colleague because it is not his area of ​​expertise (fortunately). I was stunned by this lack of tact and when I wanted to have more details, he quickly got annoyed by telling me that I did not understand anything he had just announced to me. To cut short the conversation, he then wanted to take care of my second for whom, it is his first consultation and who was worried. And so there, when she asked him how it was going to happen, he answered her that she had to settle down quickly because he was in a hurry (normal since the gentleman was late). I wanted to intervene to help him but he refused and told my daughter that he was going to listen to her "like a baby" to use his words, once again very annoyed. And in the end, he didn't do anything at all, really lamentable !!! Finally, he announced that we would see you in a year and before even waiting for a response from me and despite the fact that I was not feeling well, he left the consultation room. I was shocked to be treated this way. Fortunately the reception staff was present and attentive, I thank them very much. If you want a doctor to listen with Dr Bouillot, go your way.

Modern and very pleasant office, both by telephone and visually. My 8-year-old daughter who had lost a lot in a short time was taken in hand by Dr. Bullet who advised us to wear orthokeratology lenses, since she has seen her again. Myself having had the beginning of retinal detachment this summer, I was, once again, happy to be quickly taken in hand by Dr Bouillot who did not know me and took the time to explain myself as well as to step in and save my eye. In short, all this to say that I'm going with my eyes closed ;-))
