I was repaired very quickly and very efficiently, at a lower cost! Especially since the store owner is very friendly and does not hesitate, against a little politeness and respect, to teach customers some things! I highly recommend this shop! I say that while I'm interested in IT myself, to give you an example, I set up my computer myself ... So if you have any problem, don't hesitate: go for it !! ! : D

Go your way. In the urgency of changing a hard drive before traveling to work, I wanted to run a local business. Little choice, I paid for a second-hand hard drive twice the normal price. This one proved to be faulty. So I had to quickly buy a hard drive on the internet. When I returned from my trip, I went to the store to get a refund, no longer needing this faulty hard drive. I am told that it is not possible and that "it is not the problem" of the seller if I had to buy another elsewhere in a hurry. So I am offered to exchange it for another second-hand hard drive, the only one available, with a capacity that is half that. When we consider a minimum of its customers, we dare not tell them that "it's not their problem". It will teach me how to run local businesses rather than Amazon.

I made repair in the summer of 2015 (change of reader-burner of CD / DVD, change of graphic card, internal cleaning) 2 computers and renovate another dating from 2003 under Windows XP. the price was very moderate. The three machines have been working very well.
