the Jouy-en-Josas store regularly renews the collections with a large selection of articles and colors. The sellers are wonderful and even if they spend a lot of time folding the clothes, they are always smiling and available.

My interflora order went to this florist. I ordered a bouquet of colored tones, my mom received a pink and white bouquet. In addition, delivery made at 9 p.m., without any communication / information from them ... it is well worth asking for the contact of the person to deliver !!

I moved to order a bouquet of flowers (the day before Mother's Day) to be sure I had the flowers I wanted. The florist told me she was putting the flowers aside. On Mother's Day I come to collect my bouquet and I realize that it is NOT AT ALL what I had asked for. The flowers had not been put aside, she had given me HER bouquet! The florist had therefore probably sold my flowers to other customers instead of prioritizing my order made the previous day express. So she remakes me a similar bouquet, because for some flowers, she no longer had the color or the flowers she had left were damaged (since she sold them to other customers) and did not even put leaves on me ! Obviously, I had already paid, she did not even put a few extra flowers on me or made a gesture on the price. This is the last time I go to this florist! It's unacceptable not to get the bouquet you want!
