I placed an order through their website, for Full Dip Bombs (best value for money I've seen). 1 white and 2 fluorescent oranges. When using the first neon orange bomb, I was surprised to see that it was neon pink, I tested the second and it was indeed neon orange. I sent an e-mail with the photos and also the reference of the bombs, the person first told me that they had never had a problem with it and after having tested the famous bomb from their stock, they were able to make it obvious that it was not the right color, that there was indeed an error with the manufacturer. I was able to have a telephone conversation with them. They immediately returned a new bomb to me without any problem and I was even able to take advantage of the return of this one to add one more to my order without any additional shipping costs from them. Very good responsiveness from them. Thank you.
